COA elections

CHANDIGARH, Aug 30: President of the Chandigarh Olympic Association Rajan Kashyap today declared that his top priority will be of conducting the elections.8217; In a press released, Kashyap, who is also the chairman of the Chandigarh Lawn Tennis Association, has advised the executive committee to conduct the elections at the earliest as per the rules.8217; The members of the executive committee had assured their full support to the new president. The four-year term of the present officials expired last March.

Independence Walk
More than 500 sportspersons participated in the Independence Walk, organised by Reebok India in Panchkula. Panchkula SSP Alok Mittal flagged off the walk from Swastik Vihar.
