PUNE, January 5: 8220;I do not plan to do anything about it. I do not agree with the ruling.8221; That8217;s what Rajesh Chauhan has to say about the directive of the International Cricket Council ICC which has cost him his place in the Indian cricket team for the Bangladesh tourney starting on January 10.

8220;I can only do something if I know what is wrong,8221; said the off-spinner, speaking during the Maharashtra wicket-keeper Prasad Pradhan8217;s benefit match at Nehru Stadium on Sunday.

However, in view of the fact that the BCCI itself had given him a clean chit after nearly a year-long scrutiny of his bowling action, Chauhan wonders what the next step is going to be.

8220;How can the ICC ignore the judgment of such senior and respected players, one of whom is the world8217;s highest wicket-taker,8221; Chauhan asked, commenting on Sunil Gavaskar and Kapil Dev, who were appointed by the BCCI to study Chauhan8217;s action.

8220;I will be back, and soon,8221; he asserted. 8220;This is my life. I will continue to play in the domestic circuit and await my chance.8221;
