Book on environment published

CHANDIGARH, October 22: A book titled quot;Environmental Education,quot; written by R C Chandna, a professor in Geography Department, Punjab University has been published under Popular Science Series by Kalayni Publishers.

This 300 page book is priced at Rs 100 and provides an overview of the environmental issues relating to soils, forests, water, wildlife, atmosphere, pollution, noise, energy and the legal remedies available to the common man against environmental pollution caused by various humanactivities.
