Board8217;s option for non-elegible students

CHANDIGARH, Dec 17: The humanities students appearing for their plus two examination, can now change their subject which required taking up of practical could switch over to the ones which did not necessitated taking up the practicals, according to a spokesman of Punjab School Education Board.

This option is applied only to those students who have opted for the subject having practicals but are otherwise not eligible. The decision was made by the Board owing to students interest. The candidates are required to contact Board8217;s office along with a fee of Rs 50 by December 31 in this regard.As per rule, the plus two students of the humanities who have opted for a subject which had a practical component are required to submit a certificate certifying that they had attended practicals in an affiliated school or college.
