CHANDIGARH, Aug 11: There is shortage of blood groups quot;Oquot; and quot;ABquot; in the local hospitals, according to Dr S. K. Agnihotri, Head of Department of Blood Transfusion at PGI. The Blood Donor Complex remains functional from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday and up to 1.30 p.m. on Saturday.
