Sports minister Mani Shankar Aiyar today said he was hardly surprised by South Korea8217;s success. 8220;Well, I am disappointed but hardly surprised. I was impressed with the persistence with which the Koreans were pushing for Incheon, even after being assured by the IOA that the Indian bid had so many supporters.
