Robert Vince revisits the territory of 101 Dalmatians, but with a lot fewer dogs Golden Retrievers, a villain who is lot less cruel or evil and humans who are lot less charming. And rather than parent dogs rescuing their dog-napped pups, it is the other way around this time.

Nothing happens out of the ordinary, there is a clearly defined animal-hater, two sidekicks for the mandatory falls in the mud/kicks on the behind, children who crave pets and a storyline that needs little dialogue for understanding. Air Buddies definitely knows its audience 8212; two-year-olds to pre-teens, and dog lovers of indeterminate age 8212; and sticks to it.
