RRB revises exam dates for RPF-SI, Technician and others; RRB ALP admit cards released

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) on November 21 released the revised tentative exam schedule for CEN (RPF- SI), CEN (JE, CMA & Metallurgical Supervisor) and CEN (Technician). The revised exam dates are available at the official RRB website — rrbcdg.gov.in.

As per the official calendar, the exam for RPF SI will be conducted on December 2, 3, 9, 12 and 13. Following that, the exam for JE & Others will be conducted on December 16, 17 and 18. Exams for grade 1 and 2 technician post will be conducted on December 19, 20, 23, 24.

The link for viewing the exam city and date and downloading of travel authority for SC/ST candidates was made live 10 days prior to the exam date for respective CEN’s on the official websites of all RRBs.

Aadhaar linked biometric authentication of candidates will be done in the exam center prior to entry in the exam hall. Candidates are required to bring their original Aadhaar card. Candidates are once again advised to authenticate their identification through Aadhaar verification, if not done already, by logging in with their credentials at the official website — rrbapply.gov.in — to facilitate smooth entry at examination center.

Meanwhile, has released the admit card for the Assistant Loco Pilot recruitment examination. The first computer-based test (CBT 1) of ALP (CEN 01/2024) is tentatively scheduled for November 25, 26, 27, 28, and 29.

There are five stages in the selection process for Assistant Loco Pilot recruitment. The first two levels are computer-based tests: CBT 1 and CBT 2. The third stage will be a computer-based aptitude test (CBAT), which will be followed by Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination (ME).
