The video shows Upasana in a wheelchair, surrounded by doctors, nurses, and dear ones, as they accompany her to the labour room. Seeing her friend’s joyous state, Patel can be heard saying: “Upsi, the very few times you have tears in your eyes. All the best,” hearing which an ecstatic Upasana exclaims: “You guys are my happy, what is that, my laughing gas.”

As the video comes to an end, Patel enthusiastically calls out Charan’s name, catching the attention of the actor who was walking ahead. He can be seen immediately turning around with a radiant smile.

Upasana had recently penned an adorable note on Instagram, expressing her heartfelt gratitude to everyone, along with a photo of her and Ram Charan posing with their newborn. “Overwhelmed by the warm welcome for our little one. Thank you for all the love and blessings ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👼🏻,” she noted.

After the birth of the child, the mom and the daughter were discharged from the hospital on June 23.

Speaking to the media, Charan had said: “I want to thank our media friends, well-wishers, and fans. As you all know, the baby was born on the morning of June 20. Both the baby girl and Upasana are recovering well and will be going home today. I’m immensely grateful to Dr. Sumana, Dr. Uma, Dr. Latha, Dr. Subbareddy, Anita Indrasena, Tejaswi, and the entire team at Apollo for their exceptional care. We consider ourselves fortunate. Upasana and the baby girl are both in good health without any complications. I no longer have any fears as we have such wonderful doctors. I’m also deeply touched by the wishes and prayers from our fans. Your blessings will always be with our baby. I’m overwhelmed with this joyous moment. Your blessings and wishes will continue to be with our baby girl. While I may not be well-versed in traditions, Upasana and I have already chosen a name for the baby. I will share the name with you soon. The entire family is filled with happiness. Our baby will be just like me.”
