Ashneer Grover mocks Shark Tank season 3 for getting six new sharks: ‘Wish quantity solves for quality’
Ashneer Grover said the latest season of Shark Tank seems like an 'audition' for sharks for the next installment of the reality show.

The former Shark Tank judge and BharatPe co-founder on Sunday took a dig at the latest season of Shark Tank as it added new names to the existing panel of investors, known as ‘sharks’ on the show.
The businessman took to Twitter and reacted to the promo of season three of the popular reality show, as it adds six new sharks to the mix, making it a total of 12 for the latest edition.
The official page of Shark Tank India on Saturday tweeted the promo of the show and wrote, “This new season, the stakes are going to be higher, with 12 SHARKS in the TANK! 🦈🤩 Introducing Ritesh Agarwal, Varun Dua, Deepinder Goyal, Azhar Iqubal, Radhika Gupta, and Ronnie Screwvala as the 6 new Sharks of Shark Tank India Season 3.”
Reacting to the video, Ashneer Grover took to X (formerly Twitter) and commented on the show, mocking it for focusing on “quantity” and not quality. The businessman said the latest season seems like an “audition” for sharks for the next installment.

Ashneer wrote on X, “Shark Tank 3 is ‘audition’ of sharks for Shark Tank 4 ! Life mein ek lesson hai – don’t change and make unnecessary problem of something which is already solved. Wish quantity solves for quality!”
The new investors will join the previous ‘sharks’ Aman Gupta, Amit Jain, Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, Vineeta Singh and Peyush Bansal. The third season of Shark Tank India will bring back Rahul Dua as the host of the show, which invites start-ups to make their pitches to get investment from one of the investors. The makers are yet to announce the date when the show will go on-air.
