Rainy Days: BTS’ V’s latest song is passable

BTS’ V aka Kim Taehyung has released the song “Rainy Days” and BigHit Music dropped the official video on August 11. “Rainy Days” is part of V’s upcoming solo debut album Layover.

The music video begins by focusing on V’s intense gaze, then proceeds to show the visually pleasing shoot location. As for the lyrics, they express the yearning to reunite with a beloved and stresses on the emotions associated with rainy days and the desire to mend things with someone special. The song includes lyrics like “Don’t tell me it’s over” and “We can start over”. According to reports, V’s pet Yeontan also features in the song.

Fans on the internet called “Rainy Days” a ‘masterpiece’. One of the fans commented, “Closing my eyes and lazing around just like our V, this song brings out so many emotions and memories for me……. Simply beautiful one “V.” Another wrote, “His unique voice I just can’t stop listening this song.I love you Kim Taehyung.”

Layover features six tracks, including “Rainy Days”, “Blue”, “Love Me Again”, “Slow Dancing”, “For Us”, and “Slow Dancing (Piano Ver)”. The album is set to release on September 8, 2023, which also marks V’s pet Yeontan’s birthday.
