I hate celebrity tag: Adele

Singer is counted as biggest singing stars after her albums '19','21' became successful.

Grammy-winning singer Adele,one of the best-selling artistes in the world right now,says she hates her celebrity tag.

The 24-year-old singer who is being counted among the biggest singing stars after her albums ’19’and ’21’ became successful,says she is not interested in fame,a report said.

“I just want to make music,I don’t want people to talk about me. All I’ve ever wanted to do was sing. I don’t want to be a celebrity. I don’t want to be in people’s faces,you know,constantly on covers of magazine that I haven’t even known I’m on,” she said.

She also said being famous had made her subject to a number of rumours about her private life.

“I was adopting an Ethiopian child,that’s not true. My house was haunted,that wasn’t true. God,there’s been so many rumours,” she added.
