Amitabh Bachchan to work with Dhanush in R Balki’s next film

Amitabh Bachchan said their next with Balki is once again a unique story.

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan is reuniting with director R Balki for his next after collaborating with him on ‘Cheeni Kum’ and ‘Paa’.

The 71-year-old actor said their next with Balki is once again a unique story.

Amitabh Bachchan tweeted: “R Balki me on again for the next film,a unique story as is the norm with him,and working with Dhanush and Akshara Kamal’s daughter.”

It will also mark Tamil star Dhanush’s second Hindi film

after the success of ‘Raanjhana’.

An excited Dhanush had tweeted on Tuesday: “Yes guys,my next Hindi film is with Balki sir. Very excited and eagerly looking forward to it :) thanks for all your wishes.”

Dhanush,who was last seen on screen in Tamil film ‘Mariyaan’,further revealed: “Privileged to share screen space with Big B himself.Ecstatic 2 be part of Raja Sir’s musical again. Finally,a chance to work with P.C sir !”

Earlier this year,Amitabh Bachchan was all praise for Dhanush after he saw his debut film ‘Raanjhanaa’. Big B had also called him to praise the National award winning actor.

“It was a delight. I get so envious after seeing all these wonderful films,and lament and regret that I am not in them,even in a small capacity,for I love the immense talent and finesse that todays cinema with its young brigade brings to the world,” the legendary actor had then written on his blog.

The yet untitled film is believed to go on floors in 2014. The film’s music will be composed by Tamil music composer Ilaiyaraaja and Balki has roped in P C Sreeram for Cinematography.

Dhanush,who was last seen in south film Maryan,has another Bollywood project with director Aanand Rai in the pipeline.
