Bigg Boss 19 grand finale: Peace activist Farrhana Bhatt on Sunday finished her journey on Bigg Boss 19 as the first runner up. Farhana lost the title to Gaurav Khanna, who lifted the Bigg Boss Season 19 trophy and took home Rs 50 lakh.

Farrhana, who hails from Srinagar, witnessed her life change while on Bigg Boss. She entered the show with just 40000 followers on social media, and in her journey of 15 weeks, Farrhana’s fanbase grew to 1.9 million.

Farrhana Bhatt’s journey on Bigg Boss 19 didn’t start on a great note. Upon entering the show, she struggled to fit in with the other contestants and was voted out by her fellow players on the very first day. Although the Laila Majnu actress was upset by the eviction, she was moved to the secret room for the following weeks. It was thanks to Gaurav Khanna that Farrhana re-entered the show, and in her second innings, she returned fiercer than before.

Since then, there has been no looking back for Farrhana. She grew stronger week after week and earned her place in the Bigg Boss 19 grand finale on her own merit. Viewers appreciated that she played the game in its truest sense, opinionated, strong-headed, and not someone to be taken lightly. However, Farrhana also ended up having the highest number of fights and arguments on the show.

Time and again, host Salman Khan schooled Farrhana for her abusive language on Bigg Boss 19. Towards the end, Farrhana also found a good friend in Tanya Mittal, but she never let the latter influence her views or decisions.

On several occasions during the show, Farrhana opened up about her traumatic childhood, sharing that she had been abandoned by her father. At the recent press conference as well, she revealed that she left home at a very young age to earn a living. Coming from a society where women were not encouraged to step forward, Farrhana carved her own path and managed to reach millions through Bigg Boss 19.

Now that her Bigg Boss journey has ended, Farrhana Bhatt is looking to build a successful acting career in films, OTT, or television.
