The RBSE, Ahmer had announced the class 12 results for science and commerece on May 15, 2019 at 4 pm. In a reverse trend, the result of science students is better than that of RBSE class 12 commerce students. The overall pass percentage of Science stream was recorded at 92.88% while in commerce 91.46% students cleared the Rajsathan Board class 12 exam.
Last year the result was declared on June 1, 2019. This year, keeping with the trend of other state and central boards, the Rajasthan board is also announcing the results early. The move is expected to give students time for college admissions
Last year, girls have outperformed boys in Rajasthan RBSE class 12 Arts result. The pass percentage of girls was 91.46%, while 88.67% boys cleared the exam. In 2017 too 95.47% of girls and 93.18% of boys passed the exam. A similar trend was observed in 2016 when the pass percentage was at 84.24% for boys and 89.31% for girls

In Class 12th, among girls, 51434 registered first division, 12016 got the second division and only 37 girls scored third division taking the pass percentage at 90.33 per cent. The examination was held from March 8 to April 2, 2018. This year, about 8.28 lakh candidates registered for their Intermediate or High Schools exam of which around 48,000 students registered for the Commerce examination and 2.25 lakh students enrolled in the Science stream.
The Rajasthan Board, Ajmer also felicitates meritorious students. As per reports, Sonal Sukhwal of Class 12 was given Vidyarthi Khel Ratan award and a cash prize of Rs 50,000 and a memento for her performance in the RBSE exams 2017. Sixteen gold and 263 silver medals were given to meritorious students who had excelled in board's secondary and senior secondary examinations held in 2016 and 2017.
For it's performance in the 2017 exams, the Government Secondary School, Jadan in Pali district, was adjudged the best school at the state level while the Government Secondary School of Dabi village in Bundi was declared as best school for 2016 session. The best school award carried a cash prize of Rs 50,000 and a citation.

Combined all the streams, nearly 9-10 lakh students appear for the class 12 Rajasthan Board exams each year. That is why the result is being bifurcated in two parts. The second will part of the result consists of science stream. This is being done to avoid traffic on the website and hence declare result smoothly, as per sources in RBSE or Rajasthan board.
Last year, 91.09% students cleared the RBSE class 12 commerce board exam while in science stream 86.6% students could pass the BSER class 12 Science result. This year too the result of commerce students is expected to be better than science students in Rajasathan 12th Board results.

In the Rajasthan Praveshika Pariksha, 62.51 per cent have passed. The Education minister has said that boys have given a good performance and the gap between both have started narrowing.

In Rajasthan Board class 12 commerce stream, a total of 42140 candidates registered out of which 41651 appeared. A total of 91.46% students cleared the exam.
Girls have performed better than boys in both Commerce and Science streams of Rajasthan class 12 board result 2019. In BSER class 12 science, 95.86% girls passed the exam while 91.59% boys cleared the same. In RBSE class 12 Commerce, 89.40% boys and 95.31% girls cleared the Rajasthan board result.
RBSE also awarded meritorious students of Class 10 who performed well in 2016 and 2017. Overall, 16 students received gold and 263 got silver medals. Nine students of 2016 and seven of 2017 batches were awarded gold medals.
The overall pass percentage has increased in the government schools by over 1 per cent. Last year, the pass percentage in government schools was 76.04 per cent.
