The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct a series of offline parenting workshops from September 4 to September 18, 2025. These workshops are an extension of the CBSE Parenting Calendar 2025–26, which was launched earlier this year to involve parents as active partners in the education process and to promote students’ overall well-being. Orientation sessions on the calendar had already been held in May and June 2025.
According to CBSE, the workshops aim to support effective implementation of the Parenting Calendar and to provide parents with strategies to address the academic, social, and emotional needs of children.
They will also focus on positive parenting practices, digital well-being, resilience building, and creating an interactive platform for schools and families to collaborate.

According to the official notice issued by the CBSE, these offline workshop-sessions will be held across five cities. Each session will be held at a separate city on a separate date. Further, the sessions will be held between 10 am and 2 pm.
As per the schedule, the first workshop will be held on September 4 at Delhi Public School, Nadergul, Hyderabad.
On September 9, two workshops will take place simultaneously — one at Delhi Public School, Bopal Square, Ahmedabad, and the other at Birla Divya Jyoti School, Siliguri.
The next session will be held on September 15 at BCM School, Ludhiana, followed by the final workshop on September 18 at Daly College, Indore.
The workshops are open to principals and counselors or wellness teachers from CBSE-affiliated schools. Participation will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited seats available.
Interested individuals can register themselves on the links available on the official website of the board. Candidates who are selected will receive confirmation via email and are required to report at the venue by 9:30 am. The board has clarified that travel and accommodation costs will have to be borne by the participants.
