What are the eligibility criteria for AP EAMCET counselling?

Academic Qualifications:

–General Category: 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam

–Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC): 40% aggregate marks

Age Requirements

–B.Tech/B.Pharm: 16 years minimum

–Pharm.D: 17 years minimum

–Fee Reimbursement Age Limit (as of July 1, 2025)

–Open Category: 25 years

–Others: 29 years

–The candidate should meets local/non-local status criteria as per Andhra Pradesh regulations

What are the counselling dates?

As per the announced dates, AP EAMCET applications can be submitted between July 7 and 16

What are the counselling fees for AP EAMCET?

The counselling fee for the AP EAMCET is Rs 1200 for OC and BC and Rs 600 for SC and ST.

What are the counselling documents required for AP EAMCET?

During the online registration, applicants are required to upload essential documents, including their AP EAMCET rank card, hall ticket, and certificates of their qualifying examinations. These documents will be verified online from July 7 to 17.

When can we do web entry options?

The facility for option entry will remain open from July 7 to 19, with the web change option open only a day that is July 19.

When will classes commence?

How many colleges are participating in the AP EAMCET counselling?

There are 322 participating colleges which are offering undergraduate courses in Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy. The cut-off ranks for each round of counselling will be announced separately, outlining the opening and closing ranks for different colleges and categories.

What were this year’s results?

This year, a total of 3,62,429 students registered for AP EAPCET 2025. Of these, 2,64,840 candidates appeared for the Engineering stream, while 75,460 students took the test for Agriculture and Pharmacy. In the Engineering stream, 1,89,748 candidates qualified, resulting in a pass percentage of 71.65%. In the Agriculture and Pharmacy streams, 67,761 out of 75,460 candidates cleared the exam, achieving a pass rate of 89.8%.
