The Youth Congress on Monday took out a rally from Moulali to Metro Channel at Esplanade in protest against the killing of a Youth Congress activist,Parimal Sardar,at Basirhat in North 24 Parganas district. Local Congress leaders alleged that a section of Trinamool Congress supporters were behind the attack. We want that the government to take appropriate action, Deepika Paney Singh,Youth Congress general secretary,said.
