Coming up on an area of 17 acres in Sector 30,Panchkula,the project was launched today. Now that they’ve received the approval from the Haryana Government,it’s being developed by Mumbai-based developer,Bhoomi Infrastructures in another three months.

The project located opposite Sector 25,Panchkula on the National highway-73 would offer a wide choice of accommodation,and the costs of the units range from Rs 17.5 lakh to Rs 48.83 lakh. Buyers would have an option of upgrading the units with additional facilities.

“Buyers would also have facilities of loans and fixed return plans. Initially the project was restricted to the defence personnel only,but it is open to all. It would have a restaurant,card room,sports complex,gymnasium with health club,banquet hall,mini theater,aerobics,yoga and meditation hall,primary school,shopping complex,dispensary and Wi Fi central facilities,” informed Colonel (Retired) S S Deswal,the promoters of the project.

Apart from the facilities,the township has the advantage of being at a comfortable distance from Chandigarh,Shimla,Zirakpur and Delhi.
