The programme was organised by Indian Institute of Planning and Management,Chandigarh,to welcome its new batch of students,but all those in the audience will cherish the experience forever. Organised at Punjab Kala Bhawan,Sector 16,the highlight of the event titled Aagman 2011 was a performance by Punjabi singer and actor Harbhajan Mann,who was also the guest of honour. Also performing on stage were the students of the institute,who enthralled the audience with their western and classical Indian singing,skit and a fashion show. There were some awards taken back home as well. While Mehtab was crowned Mr Aagman 2011,Pallavi Ghosh was chosen as Ms Aagman 2011.
