R Madhavan: A Versatile Journey in Cinema Ranganathan Madhavan, a prominent figure in Tamil and Hindi cinema, has carved a niche for himself with diverse roles and accolades. His career began with Mani Ratnam's Alai Payuthey (2000), establishing him as a romantic lead. He further cemented his position with successful films like Minnale and Dumm Dumm Dumm. His versatility shone through in critically acclaimed performances in Kannathil Muthamittal, Anbe Sivam, and Aayutha Ezhuthu. Madhavan's foray into Hindi cinema proved equally successful.
