New Delhi, Jan 06 (ANI): Communist Party of India (M) Hannan Mollah on Wednesday said that Bengal is being ruled by hooligans who are creating ruckus. He said the party in power has given many hate speeches to create tension in the society. He said such a commotion erupts during the tenure of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee only. He further said that anyone who tried to stand up against them was threatened.
