This CANCER-struck girl has an Instagram account for her AMPUTATED leg, and it will lift your spirits

When life gives you lemons, make lemonades. Many of us have often heard this motivational phrase, but Oklahoma resident Kristi Loyall chose to imbibe it in her life. At the age of 25, Loyall is suffering from cancer and had to get her leg amputated due to the deadly disease. Interestingly, before undergoing the operation, she had a strange request. She asked her doctor if she could get her leg back. The request shocked the doctor and even her parents thought that it was weird. Nevertheless, Loyall adamantly stuck to her request.

After completing all the required formalities, she got her leg back a month later. Soon, the amputated leg had an exclusive Instagram account going by the name ‘One foot wanderer’ and the bio described it as, “cancer foot👣✂used to be attached to @kristico110 2/1/91 – 4/22/16”. Moreover, the pictures posted on this account have a hilarious kick to it. While, some photographs feature both Loyall and her amputee leg, others focus solely on the leg and the individual activities it does.

Many of us, at some point of time have had low phases making us feel dejected and unmotivated. However, this cancer survivor with her positive and motivation take on her amputated leg, has added a unique touch to her tragedy. Instead of letting an incident like this pull her down, she chose to flaunt it in such a way that it not only encourages others but also gives everyone a little laugh.
