The seventh edition of the Pro Kabaddi League is all set to kickstart on July 20 with 12 teams all set to battle for the crown. Bengaluru Bulls are the defending champions after winning the final earlier this year (January 5) against the Gujarat Fortune Giants. A total of 137 matches will be played among the twelve franchises throughout the season.
Each team will play the other sides twice and the top six will qualify to the playoffs at the end of the league stage. The top two teams at the end of the league stage will qualify for semi-final 1 and 2.
The four other sides that make it to the Playoffs will battle each other in Eliminator 1 and 2 to decide who advances to the semi-finals. The winners of the two semi-finals will vie for the VIVO Pro Kabaddi crown in the grand finale on October 19.
