However, it shows a slight dip from the earlier ratings. On the contrary, indicating declining popularity, French President Emmanuel Macron (20 per cent), US President Joe Biden (39 per cent), and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau (29 per cent) are long below the list. Interestingly, Keir Starmer, the newly appointed UK's Prime Minister, made it in the top 10 list of the global popular leaders, replacing former PM Rishi Sunak.
