MrBeast collaborates with rival T-Series (Image source: @tseries.official/Instagram)Serving as the internet’s “biggest collab” of 2024, America’s creator Jimmy Donaldson, popular as MrBeast, subscribed to his rival T-Series on YouTube. The world’s most-followed YouTuber met T-Series Chairman and Managing Director Bhushan Kumar and the duo ended up subscribing to each other on the video-streaming platform.
In a viral video, MrBeast is shown meeting Bhushan Kumar and saying he travelled to India with a unique offer for him. “If you subscribe to me, I’ll subscribe to T-Series,” MrBeast says. Kumar quickly agrees and hits the subscribe button. Then, he turns to MrBeast, expecting the same in return. MrBeast teases him with a playful prank, saying, “It looks like my phone died. I’ll do it once I charge it later.” But moments later, he makes good on his promise and subscribes to T-Series, declaring that this marks the end of their long-standing “subscribers race.”
Sharing the video on Instagram, YouTube India wrote, “We Got Mr. Beast To Subscribe T-Series.”

Soon after the video was released, fans flocked to the comment section to share their excitement, many anticipating a collaboration. A user wrote, “World is not for Competition, its for collaboration..!!” Another user commented, “Unexpected Collab of the year. PewDiePie crying in the corner.”
“We got Mr beast and T-series subscribing each other before GTA 6,” a third user reacted.
In June, MrBeast’s channel surpassed the Indian music company to become the most subscribed YouTube channel. Born in Wichita, Kansas, Donaldson shot to global fame for his fast-paced videos featuring challenges and giveaways. He was merely 13 when he began his YouTube channel in 2012. However, it was in 2017 when one of his videos garnered over 10,000 views in just a few days that the world took note.
