Japan is one of the most technologically advanced countries. While the country is synonymous with bullet trains, a video of a limited express train that runs from Tokyo has stunned the internet.

In a video shared by X handle @gunsnrosegirl3, a content creator showed the luxury train called the “Saphir Odoriko”. From private cabins to luxury seats to a restaurant cart to spacious bathrooms, the train offered a wide range of facilities. “It is a scenic train that goes from Tokyo through the Izu Peninsula and features stunning views of the coast,” the woman said in the video.

She then showed the rotating chairs that can be turned towards the window for the pristine view of the coast. “Seats have a special feature allowing them to turn and face the large windows that are designed for sightseeing,” she said.

As the video progressed, the woman revealed that the premium cabin from Tokyo to Ito would cost $54 (nearly Rs 5,000) per person. “There is a restaurant cart on board with a selection of food, drink, and limited edition cookies. But, the best part is the variety of seats available,” the woman said.

The limited express train also offers a private cabin that can accommodate at least six people. “Even the most basic seat is similar to a short-haul business class seat,” she said. Towards the end of the video, the woman gave a glimpse of the spacious and clean bathroom with a large mirror inside.
