Benazirs friend,UK filmmaker plan movie on her life

ISLAMABAD: The life of former Pakistani premier Benazir Bhutto will soon be seen on the celluloid as a close friend of the slain leader and a British filmmaker are scripting a film based on her. Farah Durrani and Victoria Schofield are working on the project in collaboration with Insha Taqi Pauwels of Silverstream Productions. The team is currently finalising the script,following which the cast will be chosen.

Temple dedicated to cat goddess found in Egypt

CAIRO: Egypt says its archaeologists have unearthed a Ptolemaic temple dating back more than 2,000 years,which may have been dedicated to the cat-goddess Bastet. The Supreme Council of Antiquities said on Tuesday temples ruins were discovered in the Kom el-Dekkah area in the Mediterranean port city of Alexandria. It said the temple was thought to belong to Queen Berenice,wife of King Ptolemy III who ruled Egypt in 3rd century BC.
