Tell us about your daily diet.
I begin my day with a protein shake. Breakfast is mixed fruits or white oats. Lunch is brown rice with baked chicken,salad and dal or gravy. Evening snack is egg-white and dinner is the same as lunch.
Whats your exercise routine?
I usually do 60 per cent weight and 40 per cent cardio. I visit the gym five times a week.
Whats your favourite cuisine?
Continental.
Is there anything you binge on?
Sweets.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in hurry?
If I had to lose weight,I would eat a lot of fibre,drink a lot of water and push my cardio beyond exercises in any form. And if I had to put on weight,I would gulp down a protein shakeits more effective in building muscles than putting on weight.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Well,not many times. I am very adamant that way.
