Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar attended a special screening of Jail,organised by Rajeev Pratap Rudy,last week. She thought the film depicted the conditions in courts quite appropriately,and,despite its grim plot,served as a stress buster. She sat through the entire film,which she later described to fellow viewers as disturbing,but that was the idea. The last film that she saw was Aloo Chaat,on a flight a few weeks ago.
