No smoking overkill

Union Health Minister Anbumani Ramadoss was scheduled to deliver a lecture to IAS probationers at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration at Mussoorie. In a bid to impress the minister,the institutes officials decided to put up no smoking boards around the campus. But it was clearly a case of excess,as no smoking boards greeted the minister after every few steps,leaving him to doubt the seriousness of the ban inside the premises.
