Internet major Google today introduced a new Google Maps app for Android smartphones and tablets and will also be soon coming out with the same for iPhone and iPad. The app is gradually rolling out globally in Google Play and will be available soon in the App Store,it said in a release. AltaVista dead: Google it! Google claims it is the first dedicated app for Android tablets and iPads. "We're also retiring Latitude and are making some changes to offline and My Maps," it added.
