Agni secures 12 mn from Helion

Agni Property,a professional property services company with a pan-India presence,has announced securing of funding of 12 million from Helion Venture Partners and Foundation Capital. The investment would be directed towards scaling up of Agnis operations and future expansions to three more cities by Q4 of 2010-11.

Embassy in JV with Malaysian realty co

BANGALORE: Realty major Embassy Property Developments has entered into a joint venture with MK Land Holding ,a Malaysian company that specialises in pre-fabricated affordable housing,to build projects in the affordable housing segment. The proposed project entails an investment of over Rs 5,600 crore.
