Chavan caught between Azad,Soz

The tug of war in the Jammu amp; Kashmir Congress between former chief minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and PCC chief Saifuddin Soz continues unabated. While Congress president Sonia Gandhi recently asked both of them to bury the hatchet and work in the interest of the party,the message does not seem to have hit home. Some party leaders from the state said to be loyal to Azad were camping in Delhi last week to complain to the party leadership against Sozs style of functioning. They met the AICC general secretary in charge of the state,Prithviraj Chavan, who has already got a litany of complaints from the Soz camp against the former chief minister. Being much junior to both Azad and Soz,Chavan,however,finds it wiser to look the other way as the two slug it out.
