Pak court sets bail for American,extends judicial custody
PESHAWAR: A lawyer said a Pakistani court has set bail for a US construction contractor held for an expired visa. However,Aaron Mark DeHaven wont be given his passport after posting the 23,500 bail. His lawyer,Ali Reza,confirmed the bail Monday. Meanwhile,Judge Qudratullah Marwat extended till March 18 the judicial remand of DeHaven after prosecutors informed the court that the Americans records were not available.
