Atlee and Priya Mohan announce second pregnancy: ‘Our home is about to get even cosier’

Filmmaker Atlee took to his social media accounts to announce that he is expecting a second child with his wife Priya Mohan.

Filmmaker Atlee, who is currently busy with the Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone film, took to his social media accounts on Tuesday to announce that he and his wife Priya Mohan are expecting their second child. The couple revealed the news through some heartwarming pictures.

The caption of the post, on both X and Instagram, also included the names of Atlee’s firstborn and all of his pet dogs. The note read, “Our home is about to get even cosier with the addition of our newest member! Yes! We are pregnant again. ❤️ Need all your blessings, love and prayers 🥰. With love, Atlee, Priya, Meer, Becky, Yuki, Chocki, Coffee and Goofy.” The pictures featured the couple posing with their son Meer and their pets as well.

Fans flooded the comments section of the announcement post, congratulating the couple. One user on X wrote, “So happy for you. Congratulations on the beautiful news — wishing Atlee and Priya endless love, good health, and blessings as your family grows even cosier.” Celebrities like Keerthy Suresh, Janhvi Kapoor, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Wamiqa Gabbi and Orry congratulated the couple as well.

Atlee and Priya Mohan met through mutual friends. The two remained good friends and decided to tie the knot in 2014. The couple welcomed their first child, Meer, in 2023.
