N Korea threatens to strike South

PYONGYANG: North Korea demanded on Sunday that South Korea should immediately stop the psychological war against Pyongyang,says a notification by head of North Korean delegation at military talks between the North and South,as quoted by KCNA news agency. If Seoul continues ignoring warnings,it runs,the Korean Peoples Army will destroy the South Korean propaganda base.

Teen bombmaker arrested in US

HOUSTON: A high school teenager is being held in custody in US until the court determines whether he is a danger following charges that he used internet to build seven bombs that exploded at different locations during the last two weeks. No one was injured. Michael Ranelli,18,pleaded not guilty to the charges relating to placing and throwing explosives and weapons of mass destruction in Lynn,near Boston.

7 oil tankers catch fire after blast in Pak

PESHAWAR: Seven oil tankers were gutted by an explosion at a terminal for NATO vehicles near Peshawar,injuring two persons,police said. The blast at Tor Baba terminal was caused by an explosive device planted by Taliban during an attack Friday.
