Raja brother bribes

Former telecom minister A Rajas elder brother was charged by the police with bribing voters in his native Perambalur. A Kaliaperumal had in his car a bundle of calendars and diaries carrying the images of DMK leaders M Karunanidhi,M K Stalin and Raja. Arrested two days ago,he was later released by a court. Kaliaperumal,who had been questioned over the 2G scam,also faced allegations of distributing money through self-help groups.
