AAP to contest all 48 LS seats in Maharashtra

The Aam Aadmi Party said here Sunday it would contest polls from all 48 Lok Sabha seats in Maharashtra next year. This was announced by AAP leader Manish Sisodia at a press conference. Stating the AAP would also contest the Delhi Assembly polls,Sisodia said a government headed by “crony capitalists” should not be formed. “The AAP will press for decentralisation of powers and participation of the people in policy making at the central level,” AAP leader Prashant Bhushan said. He also said fundamental changes should be made in the police and bureaucratic system so that they could be held accountable to the people.
