VADODARA, NOV 14: Vadodara bowed to Gujarat as Tejas Varsani, shining with the bat and ball, led them to a convincing two-wicket victory in the West Zone Ranji Trophy one-dayer at the IPCL ground on Sunday.

Chasing 204 for victory, Gujarat lost four wickets for 72 runs before Varsani and Kirat Damain settled down to post 93 runs for the fifth wicket.

BANGALORE: Mithun Beerala scored an unbeaten 80 in his second one-day match to lead Karnataka to an eight-wicket win over Goa in the South Zone Subbiah Pillay Trophy at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Manohar shines

HYDERABAD: Daniel Manohar, with anunbeaten 105, guided Hyderabad to a seven-wicket win over Andhra at Gymkhana grounds.

TN trounce Kerala

NEW DELHI: Half-century knocks by skipper Sanjay Verma (74) and C D Thomson (74) and their 142-run sixth wicket partnership helped Services score 262 for eight. They thus took a 41-run lead against Jammu and Kashmir on the second day.
