Agitation at Gujarat Refinery off
Gujarat Refinery employees have called off their Tuesday strike following an understanding reached between the management and Gujarat Refinery Kamdar Sangh in the presence of Assistant Labour Commissioner A K Agarwal on Monday.

SSC Oct results
The results of the SSC October examinations will be declared on December 11, according to the joint secretary of the Gujarat Secondary Education Board. The results will be available with all government-recognised school principals from 11 am.

Tatkal scheme
The Tatkal train reservation scheme has been introduced in the 2915 Ashram Express and 2010 Shatabdi Express. Passengers will be required to pay Rs 50 and Rs 150 respectively for sleeper class and three tier-AC seats over and above the normal fare and reservation charges. Identification cards 8212; passports, credit cards or photo-identity cards 8212; must be produced at the time of purchasing a Tatkal ticket and during travel.
