NEW DELHI, December 6: TYCA reached the semi-final of All India Davinder Singh memorial tournament for the Tara Devi Mathur Trophy when they beat Kendriya Vidyalaya Sanghathan by 30 runs at the Central Secretariat ground here today.

TYCA made 232 with the help of Sanjay Sharma 69 and Padamjit Sharawat 45. In reply, KVS were dismissed for 202. Maninder Singh remained unbeaten on 44. Jai Prakash 2 for 26 and K S Rana 3 for 24 were the successful bowlers.

Brief Scores: TYCA: 232 all out in 44.5 overs Sanjay Sharma 69, Padamjit Sharawat 45, Sanjay Rawat 3 for 41.

KVS: 202 all out in 40 overs Maninder Singh not out 44, Virender Sharma 38, Jai Prakash 2 for 26, K S Rana 3 for 24.

Monday8217;s match: Surana Academy Jaipur vs IAC, 9.30 am 8212; Harbaksh Stadium.

Dharmesh shines
S B Chauhan XI defeated Keshav Puram Club by 59 runs in the second Hari Singh Tyagi TYCA league at Yamuna Sports Complex.
