CHENNAI, Dec 27: Twp persons were killed in a road mishap on East Coast Road, Neelankarai, here a Sunday. According to police, the mishap occurred around 8.30 am when two women, Nirmala and Sengamalam and a five-year-old boy, Vemkatesan, walking on the road were hit by a car. While Sengamalam suffered injuries, the other two died on the spot. The car driver, Satish Babu of Triplicane, has been arrested.
