Two killed in encounter

Two persons, including a jawan, were killed on Thursday and two other policemen injured when they came under attack from the CPI Maoist militants in Jharkhand8217;s Latehar district, police said. The extremists sprayed a hail of bullets on the vehicle carrying the district armed force personnel at Siskeria Ghati between Chandua and Kuru villages. A jawan and a civilian driver were killed on the spot while the injured have been sent to hospital. 8212; PTI
