HISAR, March 22: To educate specialists of the state Department of Agriculture on all aspects of the methodologies of imparting training, a five-day specially designed training programme began at CCS Haryana Agricultural University here today. Vanay Kumar, officer on special duty and former Registrar, CCSHAU, inaugurated the training course.

Organised by the Academy of Agricultural Research and Education Management of the university, 30 officers of the State Department of Agriculture are attending the course.

Speaking on the occasion, R. S. Dalal, acting director of the academy said that besides providing training on human resource development for CCSHAU, the academy has also undertaken the task of improving skills of scientists and teachers of other state agricultural universities and ICAR institutes. Rural Development Society of Haryana also organised a training camp for cotton and Moong growers of Dewa village.
