Timex changes its corporate name

In line with its aggressive growth and diversification plans for India, Timex Watches has announced changing its corporate identity to Timex Group India. The company also announced organisational restructuring. The change in nomenclature is to re-orient the company along three business verticals namely, Timex Fashion Brands, Luxury Brands and Jewellery. 8220;The change in the company8217;s identity to Timex Group India is reflective of the company8217;s business growth plans,8221; Timex Group India senior vice president Asia and MD Kapil Kapoor said.
