SLIET employees continue strike

PATIALA, Nov 16: The chain hunger strike by Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology SLIET employees entered its sixth day today. The call for the strike was given by SLIET Employees8217; Welfare Association in protest against the non-acceptance of their demands.

The Association, in a statement today, said the management had adopted an indifferent attitude towards their demands and it appeared they were not serious about solving employees8217; probems.
