Nandu bags carrom title
Nandu Sonawane of Mahindra Sintered notched a comfortable 25-4, 25-8 win against Sudhakar Chavan of 512 Amry Base Workshop to lift the Industrial Soprts Association ISA organised inter-industrial carrom championship for the second consicutive year.

Nandu Sonawane earlier defeated Vilas Gaikwad of SKF 26-10, 26-10 in the semi-final. While Sudhakar Chavan had to struggle before overpowering Prasad Bhurekar of Sandvik Asia 25-19, 25-14.

R K Nageshkar of Kurup Industries and former Maharashtra Ranji player Milind Gunjal gave away the prizes.
