Vijay Kumar nears million

Lucknow professional Vijay Kumar is on the verge of crossing the one million mark in form of seasons earnings on the Wills Sport Golf Tour. With the current earnings standing at Rs 9.5 lakhs, Vijay continues to dominate the Mahindra Golf Rankings at the end of the ONGC-NGC Open. With a vital lead of 54 points over Kanpur8217;s Shiv Prakash, Vijay is on target for his second successive Champion Golfer of The Year8217; Award.

Selection camp for BHWA juniors

The The Bombay Women8217;s Hockey Association BHWA will be sending a team to the Junior National Hockey Tournament at Gwalior from feb 3, 1999.
