JODHPUR, Oct 28: A court here today rejected the interim bail prayer of noted film and television actor Satish Shah in connection with killing of two black bucks and a chinkara at Mathania recently.

Additional district and sessions judge Amar Chand Singhal rejected Shah’s bail application after hearing arguements from both the sides.

Additional public prosecutor Shanta Oza submitted that Shah was the main abetter in shooting of black bucks and chinkara at Mathania in Jodhpur district as he provided a gun to Salman Khan with the instructions that in case his shots went off the mark he should flood the eyes of chinkaras with light in order to prevent their escape.
